(Band / Orchestra / Instrumental Music)
Craig holds Bachelor and Masters Degrees from Southern Methodist University and brings 32 years teaching experience to the Group Travel Division of AWT. His bands (most notably the Allen High School Concert Band and Escadrille Marching Unit) were well known for their excellence in the concert and marching areas. Some of the awards his groups received included TMEA Honor Band Finalist (Jr. Hi and HS), winner of the State Marching Band Contest two times, appearances in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, performance for both Presidents Bush and winner of both the concert and marching events associated with the Dublin International Music Festival in Dublin, Ireland. Craig continues to serve as a clinician and adjudicator throughout Texas.
With this experience in teaching as well as the associated travel, it is easy to understand why AWT was excited to have him join their staff as performance group specialist. He and his wife, Pat, also a very successful former teacher, now head up a diverse group of educators / travel planners that can arrange tours for performance groups around the world.

In addition, the group was selected as one of 12 groups out of 300 entries to participate in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
