Charles Moore President / C.E.O. of All World Travel, Inc. He has done graduate studies in divinity and has done travel for many groups to the Holy Lands. Before the conflicts in the Middle East he handled many groups each year to Israel and Egypt for pastors and churches throughout the United States. Mr. Moore has extensive experience handling groups of all sizes. He has handled the All State Baptist Youth Choir and Band of the Baptist General Convention of Texas on three different occasions to Toronto for the Baptist World Alliance, as well as to Mexico City, Washington, D.C., and Charlotte, North Carolina. These groups had 500 to 550 participants. The Australian Mission Trip for the Baptist General Convention consisted of over 200 participants. In addition to these specialized groups, Mr. Moore and AWT promote escorted tours throughout the world ? Europe, Australia, New Zealand, cruises to the Caribbean and Europe and many tours throughout the continental United States, Canada and Alaska on an annual basis. Craig Logan AWT Director of Group Travel & Special Events Craig holds Bachelor and Masters Degrees from Southern Methodist University and brings 32 years teaching experience to the Group Travel Division of AWT. His bands (most notably the Allen High School Concert Band and Escadrille Marching Unit) were well known for their excellence in the concert and marching areas. Some of the awards his groups received included TMEA Honor Band Finalist (Jr. Hi and HS), winner of the State Marching Band Contest two times, appearances in the Macy?s Thanksgiving Day Parade, performance for both Presidents Bush and winner of both the concert and marching events associated with the Dublin International Music Festival in Dublin, Ireland. Craig continues to serve as a clinician and adjudicator throughout Texas. With this experience in teaching as well as the associated travel, it is easy to understand why AWT was excited to have him join their staff as performance group specialist. He and his wife, Pat, also a very successful former teacher, now head up a diverse group of educators / travel planners that can arrange tours for performance groups around the world. Pat LoganAWT Director of Group Travel & Special Events Prior to joining AWT in 1999 Pat spent 27 years as a Dance / Drill team director. She also served as Color Guard Director and Spirit Coordinator ? which included overseeing all spirit groups ? including cheerleaders and others. Pat is certified in Dance, Physical Education, Business Education, and English. The last 24 years of her teaching career were spent in Allen where she was also co-director of the Allen Eagle Escadrille (Band, Drill Team, & Color Guard). During that time the group consistently received first division ratings at all marching and drill team competitions and on two occasions won the State Marching Competition. In addition, the group was selected as one of 12 groups out of 300 entries to participate in the Macy?s Thanksgiving Day Parade. The group participated in St. Patrick?s Week in Dublin Ireland and won international honors in marching and dance. The group also participated in two gubernatorial parades. Pat has served as a choreographer, clinician, and adjudicator in the U.S. and abroad. Dr. Jim LeeAWT Director of Choral Events Choral music educator and administrator in public school through college / university for over 30 years. Holds degrees from University of North Texas and Texas A&M ? Commerce. He is an active member in numerous state arts organizations and holds a position on the governing board of several. Former member of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board advisory committees which developed the current general education curriculum for colleges and universities and the music transfer field of study. Currently artistic director of the Beeville Community Chorus in Beeville, Texas.
Chris XerosAWT Orchestra Consultant Served thirty-five years with the Dallas ISD where his orchestras won state and national acclaim including TMEA Honor Orchestra and performances at the prestigious Mid-West Band & Orchestra Clinic. Degrees from University of North Texas with additional study at Julliard, University of Texas at Austin, & Colorado University. Among his conducting mentors was Pierre Monteaux. Founding conductor/music director of the Richardson Symphony Orchestra for 30 years. Honored by UNT Music Division in 1990 as an honored alumnus who made an ?Outstanding Service to Music.? Currently serves as Music Director/Conductor of the highly regarded Allen Philharmonic Symphony. |
